Australia wide shipping is available, rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping location + weight of items in order. Please note, at this time, items are dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Some items are only available for pick up instore.

INSTORE PICKUP
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer pick up from any location. We hope to be able to offer this again in future! DISPATCH
At this time, orders will be dispatched every Monday and Wednesday. Once your order has been distributed to the shipping company, it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary.
CHANGING ORDERS
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. However, if you realise you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please email us asap at home@theboathousegroup.com.au and we will do our best to assist.
